‘Five of our Fellows are serving on the 2011 Horizon K12 Edition Advisory Board’
Developed by the New Media Consortium (NMC), the Horizon Project charts the landscape of emerging technologies for teaching, learning and creative inquiry and produces the series of Horizon Reports.

For each of those reports, NMC holds ongoing series of conversations and dialogs with a great number of technology professionals, campus technologists, faculty leaders, and representatives of leading corporations.
This year, 5 of our Fellows will be sitting on the Horizon K12 Edition Advisory Board, who will consider the results of these dialogs and look at a wide range of articles: Gavin Dykes, Oystein Johannessen, Shafika Isaacs, Haif Bannayan, and Pedro Hepp.
Horizon.K12 was launched in 2009 to apply the process developed for the Horizon Report with a focus on emerging technologies for K-12 learning institutions.
The 2011 Horizon.K12 Advisory Board was convened in February 2011 and will be conducting its research and discussion in this wikispace. The Horizon Report: 2011 K-12 Edition will be released in April, 2011.
